I don't like to talk about myself, but it's only fair to tell you something. First and foremost, I am quirky, plain and simple. My sense of humor is unusual, but not mean-spirited. I am a study in contrasts, an old world lady with a modern, liberal mentality. Equally - if not more - important, I don't like playing head games, so if you are the sort of person who likes to mess around with another's feelings and mind, then I ask you to just not bother me. I wouldn't do that to you, so don't do it to me. For those gentlemen who do not like tattoos, please move on. I do have them, but I don't feel they are extensive, expansive or garish.

I am a woman of varied interests - many nature-related, some more of the quiet stay-inside sort. A few can be done either indoors or out, like reading, jewelry-making, writing.

I hope to find that special person who will accept me for who I am - even with my medical issues, which I don't want to keep me from living life to the fullest - and who enjoys doing things that I may not have considered before, and who will welcome me in sharing these interests. You love animals!! If you have a gentle, quirky sense of humor. If you live on the East coast - within a 25 mile driving distance. If you are a one-woman man, as I am a one-man woman.
