I’ve brought up my son on my own since my marriage breakdown nearly 20 years ago and I have been entirely single since then. Now my son is fully grown and independent. I am very proud of him and love him dearly.

So, I’m on my tod, feeling lonely, and I’m looking for a woman with similar interests, for friendship and fun dates initially, maybe more if it feels right to us both.

I was born with mild cerebral palsy that makes my left side weak and this was made worse by a stroke 10 years ago. I use a stick outdoors, so I won’t be winning Strictly or running marathons anytime soon! Just to be clear, I am very independent-minded, I am not looking for a carer.
