I Would Describe Myself As

Looking for someone who understands my situation. I ran marathons til my 20s. When an accident nearly took my legs. Both my feet and one leg have been rebuilt. Plates pins and bone grafts. Allowed me to work for 30 more years. But now as I age, standing has become evermore difficult. And limits my abilities preventing me. From indulging in many activities I used to enjoy. I can take care of myself. And help others as long as I pace myself. But the worst thing is the boredom 😆. That's why I need someone who understands. And also is looking for a companion. Who can understand what she is going through. Just because we can't run marathons anymore, we're not dead. There's other things we can do for long periods of time. That don't require standing lol 😋
